Returns and Refunds Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Period

You may return an item within 14 days of the date you receive it. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. It must be returned with its original packaging or box and, where applicable, its certificate.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Important Exceptions)

Due to hygiene requirements and the nature of the products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Earrings, for hygiene reasons.
• Personalized items, including jewelry bearing a name, made to a special size, or engraved.
• Discounted or promotional items marked as final sale.

4. Return Process and Shipping

To start a return, email contact form with your order number.

Return shipping: For discretionary returns where the item is not defective, return shipping costs and any return-related customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. The DDP arrangement applies to outbound U.S. delivery and does not cover the cost of returning an item.

Once the item reaches us and has been inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
