This website is operated by Seneca Jewelry LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Seneca Jewelry. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Digital Consent and Legal Binding Effect

When a customer completes an order through our website, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Pre-Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement electronically in accordance with Turkey’s Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Checking the order confirmation box replaces a wet signature and has legally binding effect.

2. Products and Services

We make every effort to display our products’ colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer screen will accurately display every color. We reserve the right to limit sales of certain products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Pricing and Payment

Product prices may change without notice. For credit-card payments, 3D Secure may be used to protect the cardholder. For orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties and customs-clearance charges for the outbound delivery are handled by Seneca Jewelry through our DDP express service. For destinations outside the United States, customs duties, VAT, and local import charges may apply according to the destination country’s rules and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Personal Information

Personal information you submit through our store is subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site for unlawful purposes, to infringe the intellectual-property rights of others, or to submit misleading information.

6. Errors and Inaccuracies

Our site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including in product descriptions and pricing. We reserve the right to correct these errors and cancel orders.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreement relating to the services we provide are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
