Delivery and Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Our pieces are produced and dispatched from our atelier in Istanbul’s historic Grand Bazaar (Kapalıçarşı). For international shipments, we use contracted express carriers such as ShipEntegra, DHL, and UPS.

United States delivery: Orders shipped to U.S. addresses are sent by express courier on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Seneca Jewelry handles applicable import duties and customs-clearance charges for the outbound delivery, so U.S. customers should not be asked to pay import duty when the package arrives. Any applicable sales tax is shown separately at checkout.

• Europe: 2–5 business days
• United States and Canada: 3–7 business days
• Other countries: 5–10 business days

When your order ships, you will receive an information email containing the tracking number.

3. Customs and Import Duties

For U.S. deliveries, outbound import duties and customs-clearance charges are handled by Seneca Jewelry under our DDP express service. For other destinations, customs duties, VAT, or local import charges may apply according to the destination country’s rules and are the responsibility of the buyer. Seneca Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures outside our control.

4. Delivery Issues

For packages that cannot be delivered and are returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect address, refused delivery, or—where applicable outside the U.S.—refused to pay customs charges, shipping costs and any resulting charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
